Karu Palaniappan to direct Cheran

Sivapadhikaram did not get the expected welcome but Karu Palaniappan is happy that he has made a good film.

His 2nd film was actually Sadurangam but with so many delays, his 3rd film Sivapadhikaram got released earlier. Now he's ready to work on his 4th film.

Motherland, Tamil, culture being main focus, Karu Palainappan is joining the ranks of Seeman, Cheran and Thankar Bachan. The hero of his new film is Cheran.

After completing Maya Kannadi, Cheran will start work in the new film. the story is ready, but search is on for the heroine and other technical personnel.

We can expect more formal details about the film sometime next week or so.
