It sounds scary. If there's lathi charge even at the shooting of the film, what would happen when Sivaji gets released?

When Sivaji was a collaboration of 3 giants of Tamil cinema - Shankar, Rajini and AVM - it attracted great attention from the beginning from all quarters. People are chasing the Sivaji crew wherever they are filming and trying to take photos on their cell phones. Some of the climax scenes are being shot at MS Ramayya Engineering College at Mathikere in Bangalore.

Because of shooting, the afternoon session was closed day before yesterday. The scene shot was of Rajini and Vivek arriving in a car at college and Metti Oli Bose receives them. The name board of the school was changed to 'Aadhi Medical College' for the shooting.

Since a huge crowd had gathered to watch the shooting, there was a lot of pushing and shoving and a minor scuffle broke out between the viewers and security. Police confiscated the cell phones of those fans who took pics of the shooting. This created a clash. The police intervened at the correct moment and made peace between both groups.

In spite of Shankar confining the filming to within the campus, there was so much crowd.

The fans tried to push their way into the shooting spot. So, police had to resort to mild lathi charge. The people, who had come to see the superstar, ended up getting lathi charge instead!

Filming will go on for another week at the same place!

Rajini's get-up is on the lines again of Murattukaalai and Billa. In Sivaji, Rajini is appearing in a series of get-ups in a hitherto unseen variety. The scenes where he comes like in Murattukaalai and Billa have already been shot. Rajini will take a couple of days off to attend Manoj-Nandana's wedding reception on Dec 1st. The next day, he will release the audio of Solli Adippen. Rajni's get-up in Sivaji that is integral to the story. Most probably Rajini will accept Shankar's explanation for it - it could be a bald vesham! When Rajini tonsured his head in the US and then gave voice on returning to Chennai, the ADMK was thrown out of power. His fans wonder if something as earth shaking will happen after he tonsures his head for Sivaji!!
