Ajith's next film - Akbar

Even before Ajiths Billa 2007 is getting ready for release, the actor has producers knocking on his door. The film is expected to do the best among all the Diwali releases this year. The actor has agreed to have his next film be one with Ayngaran Films. Choreographer turned director Raju Sundaram will direct the movie. Raju apparently approached Ajith with the story – which he liked. He gave the director the go ahead to start work on the film.

Shreya is piped to be one who will be offered the female lead role opposite Ajith in the film. The first official news about the film is the title. The title selected for the film is Akbar. Ajith is said to be in approval of the ide3as and plans that the director has for the film. It will most probably go on the floors by December this year.
