Badsha
still
remains
one
of
the
most
unforgettable
films
for
Rajinikanth
fans.
Its
style
of
making
and
Rajini's
extraordinary
performance
made
the
film
a
big
blockbuster.
Its
collection
record
remains
unbeaten
even
today
in
Tamil
film
industry.
It
also
created
new
waves
in
Telugu.
In
fact,
Badsha
made
Rajini
a
threat
to
Telugu
megastars.
It
is
still
attracting
lots
of
sponsors
whenever
it
is
aired
on
the
TV.
Now,
its
director
Suresh
Krishna
is
planning
to
do
its
second
part
with
Rajini
as
the
hero.
"No
one
can
forget
the
records
created
by
Badsha.
Still,
it
is
looking
as
fresh
as
ever.
Thanks
to
the
peppy
screenplay
penned
by
veteran
RM
Veerappan.
Now,
I
would
like
to
take
the
second
part
of
the
blockbuster
with
the
superstar.
This
will
be
the
most
interesting
film
in
the
Industry.
I
have
already
discussed
with
the
superstar
about
this
and
he
asked
me
to
get
ready
with
the
complete
script.
I
have
some
more
scripts
suitable
for
him
but
he
hasn't
confirmed
anything
as
of
now.
If
he
approves
the
scripts,
there
will
be
a
chance
to
see
an
Annamalai
or
Badsha
again," said
Suresh
Krishna.
But
the
past
records
of
the
director
indicates
that
his
chances
of
directing
Rajini's
forthcoming
film
is
very
thin.
The
director
had
worked
with
the
superstar
in
four
films,
of
which
Baba
is
the
last.
Everybody
knows
the
fate
of
his
other
films.
He
failed
to
give
any
hit
films
after
Baba
with
three
films
going
down
the
drains.
His
association
with
Kamal
in
Aalavandhan,
Vijayakanth
in
Gajendra
and
Dhanush
in
Parattai
Engira
Azhagusundaram
did
not
work.
Will
Rajini
gives
his
call
sheet
to
this
ex-box
office
magician?
Let
us
wait
and
watch
what
the
superstar
will
say
about
the
director's
plan
of
making
Badsha
sequel
or
Badsha-2!
