Film Billa was planned for release this Diwali but it is now postponed to November 30. Producer Ananda Suresh announced the delay yesterday.

Suresh Says: " We have completed the shooting of the film. The background and re-recording works have commenced. It is being carried out in Mumbai and the director and cameraman had already gone to the city to look after the post production work. The film would be released with 250 prints worldwide. For the first time, we are planning to release the movie abroad with English sub-titles. The audio of Billa would be released on 15 November followed by the movie on 30 November."

Meanwhile, Pyramid Saimira who has the Indian theatrical rights of the film is also informed that the film would hit the screens on November. 30. The action scenes of the film were choreographed by William Ang, Jackie Chan's stuntman.

Billa is the remake of the yesteryear action classic of super star Rajinikanth. The film carries very good pre-release reports, and those who saw some rushes swear that Ajith looks smashing and absolutely stylish, along with the sexy Nayantara and Namitha.
