Cherans next project

Cheran's next project after Mayakannadi will be Pirivom Sandhippom with director Karu Pazhaniyappan. It will be titled Pirivom Sandhippom. Vettayadu Vilayadu heroine Kamalini Mukherjee will the female lead role in the film. The film will be produced by Subash Karan. The initial photoshoot of the film will be in a different kind of a location - North Chennai. The director has chosen this location after an extensive search.

The director said," Pirivom Sandippom is a familier title written by Sujatha, but the story is completely different from its printed version. It will surely move the masses. Vidhyasagar has done the music and his team of lyricists have already penned some songs for the movie." The muhurat of the film will be held at AVM New Pillayar Koil on the 28th of March. The only competition for Rajnikanth's Shivaji will be Cheran's Mayakannadi. It will be released two days after the release of the mega movie. The movie is being readied for release.
