CM watches Malaikottai

Vishal's Malaikottai is all set for release on the 28th of September. Before its release, the film"s crew arranged for a special preview of the film for Chief Minister M Karunanidhi yesterday. After watching the film, the CM congratulated the director, actor and the crew for the good work. Directed by Bhoopathy Pandiyan, the movie has created a lot of hype and expectations among movie-buffs because Vishal plays the lead role laced with action and humor for the first time similar to Vijay in Gilli.

Priya Mani is paired with Vishal in the film for the first time. Director Boopathy Pandian said, "Vishal is a happy-go-lucky man, who comes to Trichy. He falls in love at first sight after running into Priya Mani. She has quite a few problems to be sorted out."

Ashish Vidyarthi and Kannada actor Devaraj are the 'baddies' in the movie. The film"s music is by Mani Sharma. Nikil Murugan, the media manager of the film, has arranged the press preview of the film tomorrow at Four Frames.
