Kelvikuri before court!

The future of recently released film Kelvikuri is becomes a kelvikuri (question mark), due to a Chennai based lawyer's suit against the film. In his petition filed in the Chennai Metropolitan Court, Sundar Jebakumar, a lawyer practicing in Chennai, has demanded a ban on the movie. He has urged the judge to ban the film that would spoil the good will of the police department among the public.

According to the petition, the movie that deals with the police enquiry of under trails is shocking. The movie, he says, portrays police as evils of the society. The way the hero (played by Jailani) making the police officers his captive and his attack on police, could mislead the younger generation, Jebakumar argues. After going through the petition, Justice Anandhi has adjourned the case to December 13.
