Pazhani taking off on June10

After a short gap, director Perarasu is getting ready to take on Kollywood like never before. He will commence shooting of his next film Pazhani on 10th June.

He is planning to perform pooja for this film in a lavish manner at the premises of AVM studios. The richness of the invitations given by him a few days ago shows the budget and grandeur of the film. The movie features Bharath and Kajal Agarwal in the lead roles with Kushboo and P. Vasu in crucial role.

For Bharath is a very crucial film. Since he has failed as an action hero with Chennai Kadhal. He is trying his luck again with Pazhani after a year. Kajal Agarwal, the heroine of Bharathiraja's Bommalattam plays Bharath's ladylove in the movie. The story is based on brother - sister relationship narrated in a hilarious way.

"It is a commercial entertainer laced with sentiments. We are planning to shoot the major portion of the film at Pazhani. The shooting will also be held at Karaikudi, Pollachi and Udhagamandalam and songs would be shot abroad as usual," said Perarasu.

Srikanth Deva, the specialist in Kuthu song has scored the music and Chandramukhi fame Shekar Joseph will be the cinematographer. Perarasu is in charge of the lyrics in this film too. One can expect more meaningful lyrics like Vadumangai Thayirsaadham in Pazhani too!
