Rajini enjoys the sneak trailer of Billa

Superstar Rajinikanth watched the exclusive trailer of Billa at AVM Studios in Chennai on Thursday. The actor was very impressed with the stylish trailer and was praise for the director of the film Vishnuvardhan. Right from the day of the film's launch, the superstar has been showing great interest on the remake of Billa, the film that turned his career around during the early 1980's.

Rajinikanth is the first person to publicly appreciate the choice of hero Ajith for the remake. Ajith himself acknowledged this fact and often told that he would dedicate Billa 2007 to the generosity of the superstar. Billa 2007 has Ajith doing dual roles and has Nayantara in the female lead role. Namitha plays an important role in the film.

Produced by 'Ananda' Suresh, Yuvan Shankar Raja has composed the music of the film. It has been confirmed by the producer that the movie will hit the screens by December 12th, on the birthday of the superstar - the hero of the original Billa.
