There was a special screening of Shivaji arranged by AVM for its hero the evergreen superstar Rajinikanth on Friday evening at the AVM premises. The actor is happy the final outcome of the film after all the patch works and editing being completed.
Shivaji is the first ever Indian movie which has got rave publicity and gossips in the media for more than two years since it was launched. The budget of the movie stunned everyone in the Industry. It is said that more than Rs.85 crores have been spent on the movie including the salary of the superstar which amounts to around Rs.25 crores. Rajini is the only Asian actor getting this record salary for a film.
After his return from the Himalayas, the was eager to watch the film before its formal release. M.S.Guhan, The Joint Managing Director and one of the producers of AVM Productions arranged a special screening of the film for their Hero in their premises.
