Two days after his return from the Himalayas, superstar Rajinikanth performed pooja to Lord Venkateshwara at Thirumala Thirupathi. He had a special darshan at the hill shrine. Earlier, he was given an overwhelming reception from his die hard fans in Andhra Pradesh.

Rajini said after visiting the temple that Shivaji would be a complete movie of his career. "Shivaji will satisfy both the class and mass audiences and set a new trend in the Industry," he said.

It is worth recalling what Rajini said at the audio launch function of Chandramukhi at Taj Connemara. He said, "After the debacle of Baba, many thought that I was finished with films. But I'm not an elephant. I'm like a horse and I know how to recover from all my setbacks as soon as possible." He proved his words right and the film is on the verge of completing 800 days of screening.

Thalaivar 'oru thadava sonna nooru thadavai sonna mathiri'!
