Pooja performed for Pulli Varuthu

The pooja ceremony for the film Puli Varuthu of ELK productions was performed in a grand manner at AVM studios on Wednesday, February 07, 07.

Ramesh, popularly known as 'Githan' Ramesh, son of veteran producer R.B.Choudry will be playing the lead role along with Mallika Kapoor in this film. The movie is extremely crucial for Ramesh's career as he has had only one hit in his three year old career. The actor, meanwhile has already signed a film titled Madurai Veeran for his home production. However, the shooting had been postponed due to financial problems.

The film Puli Varuthu will be extremely 'special' to Ramesh as he will be playing a dual role in the film. Written and Directed by G.V.Kumar, Srikanth Deva has scored the music for the film whereas Karnes, the leading comedian will also have a pivotal role in the movie. Antony, a London based industrialist who has already made a mark in the film industry wiht the Tamil film Manathodu Mazhaikkalam, will produce the film.

The first schedule of the shooting is going on at Anna Nagar after which the entire unit will take off to London to shoot some portions of the songs.
