Actress Sana Khan, the Mumbai born Kuwaiti Model turned heroine, will soon makes her debut in Kollywood in Simbu's Silambattam.On Friday, the buxom beauty attended the first day of the shooting of thefilm with Simbu in a typical Tamil costume Paavadai – Thavani. After she shot her first scene, she spoke to this correspondent. She said: "Sana Khan is my original name. I didnt want to change my name just to get a film offer. I'm am known to all by this name. I had completed more than 30 ad films in Kuwait and Mumbai. As a model, I'm not new to Chennai. But acting in a Tamil movie is definitely a new experience and I love to enjoy it."
When asking about her first hero Simbu, she told: "I met Simbu before signing this film. He is quite interesting and energetic creator. I had seen his films Manmathan and Vallavan just before landing to Chennai. I'm playing the folk lover of Simbu in this film. My character is very cute and lovable. In fact this is the very first time I have worn the half sari with skirt and I like this. This costume gives me a total new look."
The actress is very eager to take challenging and glamorous roles in future. She said, "I don't know the parameter for a glamour and sexy appearance. If the story needs, I will happily accept seductive roles also" the actress said with a charming smile.Kollywood warmly welcomes you Sana!
