After
the
requests
of
the
Executive
Committee
members
and
other
functionaries
of
South
Indian
Artists
Association
(Nadigar
Sangam)
to
stay
as
the
President
of
the
association,
Sarath
Kumar
has
revised
his
decision
to
quit
from
the
post.
The
Sunday
emergency
meet
of
Nadigar
Sangam
to
discuss
the
resignation
of
Sarath
Kumar,
ended
up
with
its
executive
committee
members
requesting
the
actor
to
continue
till
his
term
is
over.
Later,
after
withdrawing
his
resignation,
Sarath
told
the
press:
"Since
it
was
a
unanimous
decision
of
the
executive
committee,
I
respect
their
feelings
and
would
continue
as
president
of
the
association.
I
will
continue
in
the
post
for
rest
of
my
tenure
of
two
years
and
probably
try
my
level
best
to
complete
the
process
of
constructing
a
new
commercial
complex
in
the
existing
campus."
Later,
the
General
Secretary
of
the
Association
Radha
Ravi
said,:
"Sarath
is
a
talented
person
and
we
don't
want
to
lose
him
at
any
cost
as
the
President
of
our
Sangam.
The
Sangam
trusts
him
fully,
and
unanimously
supports
him
for
all
his
decisions."
So
it
is
clear
now
that
Sarath
will
run
the
show
for
the
next
two
years
as
the
President
of
Nadigar
Sangam
as
well
as
his
newly
floated
political
party.
