What
is
the
easiest
way
to
get
big
publicity?
Sue
cases
against
big
stars
and
their
films!
Here
is
yet
another
such
case.
This
time,
it
is
against
superstar
Rajinikanth's
magnum
opus
Shivaji,
which
has
Shreya
Saran
in
the
female
lead.
Sudalai
Kannu
of
Thirunelveli
town
filed
a
case
against
the
film
yesterday
and
claimed
that
the
story
of
the
film
is
written
by
him
a
few
years
ago.
He
filed
a
petition
in
the
Chennai
High
Court
on
Tuesday
against
the
film.
In
his
petition
he
stated:
"Writing
stories
is
my
hobby
and
I
sent
one
of
my
stories
to
director
Shankar
two
years
ago.
I
got
an
acknowledgment
from
the
director.
But
the
director
has
used
the
story
without
my
knowledge.
The
court
should
order
the
director
and
producer
to
give
the
credit
of
the
story
to
me.
Till
then,
Shivaji
should
be
banned
from
screening''
After
hearing
the
petition,
Justice
Vijayendirarani
has
sent
notices
to
director
Shankar
and
AVM
Productions.
They
will
be
coming
for
the
hearing
this
afternoon.
