AVM

His
latest
production
Shivaji,
with
Superstar
Rajinikanth,
is
creating
a
new
record
in
audio
sales.
Ritchie
Street,
the
major
audio
supplier
for
Tamil
Nadu,
witnessed
a
record
sale
of
2
lakh
audio
CDs
and
2
lakh
cassettes
in
a
single
day
of
the
film
throughout
the
state.
According
to
AVM,
another
batch
of
1
lakh
CDs
and
cassettes
has
been
sent
to
the
distributors
yesterday
evening
itself.
They
said
that
they
are
receiving
positive
reports
concerning
the
audio
of
the
film.
The
distributors
from
Andhra
and
Karnataka
have
sent
reports
that
they
managed
to
sell
all
the
CDs
and
cassettes
of
Shivaji
even
before
5
pm
on
Monday.
Meanwhile,
AVM
Saravanan
has
announced
that
the
film
will
be
released
worldwide
on
May
17th.
He
told
us
that
the
official
statement
on
the
movie's
release
will
be
issued
to
the
press
within
a
day
or
two.
