Shreya reaching for the sky after Shivaji

Before Shivaji, she was the unlucky heroine with mostly flops her credit. After the success Shivaji – The Boss, she has become one of the country’s most wanted actresses. Apart from just being plain lucky, actress Shreya Saran had showed the world her flawless acting skills and her sex appeal – which goes for a producer’s advantage.

She has made a successful Hindi debut too with Mukesh Bhatt’s Awarapan. After her double success, she wants to take on the Malayalam Film Industry now and she doesn’t mind the low pay. She earlier missed an opportunity to act with Kamal Hassan in Dasavatharam, which she regained after signing another film of his, because she asked for 70 lakhs as remuneration.

Now she has said that she would accept an offer if she likes the story. She was quoted, “I have great respect for Malayalam film. The acting of superstar’s Mohanlal and Mammotty stun me. Spatigam is one of my favourite Malayalam films. I enjoyed Mohanlal’s acting in Tamil film Iruvar. I am now waiting to be called to act in a Malayalam film,”

The actress said that she has signed for a movie with Hritik Roshan which she will shoot after she completes her ongoing project with Bobby Deol. Her Tamil movies now are Azhagiya Tamil Magan with Vijay, Kandaswamy with Vikram and an untitled yet project with Ajith.
