Trisha has really become hot property in Kollywood. She has erased all competition to become the top actress acting in Tamil movies. Film after film, her pay has been increased. Her salary increased from 40 lakhs to 50 after the success of Telugu film Stalin. Then the hit film Unakkum Enakkum, the Tamil version of Nuvvostanante Nenoddantana put Trisha on the top. Producers started offering Trisha around 60 lakhs per film.

Her latest Telugu film Aadavari Matalaku Ardhale Verule directed by director Selvaraghavan was a mega hit in Tollywood. Now her payment also increased just like her success rate. It is said that Udhyanithi, the debutant producer of an untitled film with Vijay, has offered her 1 to act in his film.

According to the sources, Trisha is the first actress who is offered such a huge amount after Aishwarya Rai. At present, Trisha is acting in two films only. One is with Vijay under the direction of Dharani. The other film may be with the Super Star Rajini! She has refused projects in Telugu or Hindi.
