Trisha wants action roles!

Actress Trisha is very keen on doing action roles like that of a lady James Bond, having been inspired by none other than the Telugu megastar Vijayashanthi. Very recently, she had expressed her desire to do action films like Vijayashanthi, and had instructed her manager to find a suitable director immediately.

It is said that her fan clubs are also clamouring for action roles from Trisha, rather than her merely being a glamour doll. A few days ago, a leading director met the actress and discussed a project that had enough scope for her to do air kicks and somersaults in most of the film. Now she is busy listening to many such action stories, and will ultimately decide on a story. The action film is likely to be made in Telugu, and it is also understood that she will not deliver dialogues upto the interval. One is left wondering what is going to happen in those pre-interval scenes, apart from pure action and villain bashing.

It was revealed later the film will be dubbed in to Tamil also. To project herself as an action heroine, the actress has even compromised on her salary.
