Director
Cheran,
who
is
known
for
his
uncontrolled
behaviour
in
public
functions,
had
hit
the
media
representatives
severely
with
some
unparliamentarily
words
yesterday
at
the
audio
launch
meet
of
his
forthcoming
flick
Raman
Thediya
Seethai.
After
the
strong
objection
from
the
media
people
for
his
action,
he
immediately
came
down
from
the
dais
and
seeking
open
apology
from
the
reporters.
A
publication
had
recently
carried
an
article
that
highlighted
his
'close
relationship'
with
his
Pokkisham
heroine
Padmapriya.
Hitting
back
at
the
press
for
carrying
out
the
article,
the
emotionally
unstable
Cheran
used
the
derogatory
word,
which
incidentally
rhymes
with
the
nickname
of
the
female
lead.
Cheran
also
hinted
that
he
was
in
thought
of
giving
up
cinema
once
and
for
all
after
making
enough
money
to
clear
the
debts
due
to
the
failure
of
his
recent
film
Mayakannadi.
He
said
he
has
serious
thoughts
of
going
back
to
his
village
to
lead
a
peaceful
life
with
his
parents.
To
he
has
sent
one
apology
note
also
to
the
press
and
seeking
deep
apology
from
all
the
members
of
media
who
have
wounded
severely
with
his
words.
