Dashi scores music for Kalaignar Kavasam

Dashi, one of the fast upcoming music directors in Tamil Cinema, has scored music for an album titled Kalaignar Kavasam and the same will be released on the eve of Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Dr. Kalaignar Karunanidhi's 85 birthday.

The first CD will be handed over to Rajathi Ammal, wife of Karunanidhi on 3, Tuesday. Kalaignar Kavasam song has been written by Tippu aka Sai Sa.Usman, a one time associate of veteran writer D Jayakanthan. PK Subheesh, who introduced through film Manavan Ninaithal, has rendered the song.

Dashi, a young Tamil composer who born and brought up in Puthukkottai, has won the music director award from the government of Kerala for his best back ground music for film Thanthra. At present, he is scoring music for films Manavan Ninaithal, Payanangal Mudivathillai and two more films
