Cements,
the
owners
of
IPL's
Chennai
Super
Kings
sent
legal
notice
to
their
'sacked'
Ambassador
Nayantara
to
get
back
their
advance
amount
Rs.20
lakhs.
Gurunath
Meyyappan
(Son
of
AVM
Balasubramanyam),
one
of
the
partners
and
administrator
of
Chennai
Super
Kings
told
that
the
actress
intentionally
avoided
the
match
and
because
of
her
unprofessional
approach
and
behaviour
the
image
of
the
team
was
shattered.
Gurunath
said,
"As
said
by
Nayantara,
we
haven't
signed
any
contract
with
her,
but
a
MoU
has
signed.
According
to
the
MoU,
Rs.40
lakhs
is
the
payment
for
Nayantara,
out
of
which
Rs.20
lakhs
was
paid
to
her
as
advance
at
the
time
of
her
first
appearance
during
the
inaugural
launch.
Now
we
all
would
like
to
put
a
full
stop
to
this
useless
controversy
and
also
willing
to
waive
Rs.5
lakhs
from
this
advance
amount.
We
have
already
sent
a
legal
notice
to
her
for
returning
the
remaining
Rs.15
lakhs
immediately
to
the
company."
Ruling
out
all
the
reasons
pointed
out
by
the
actress
for
her
absence,
Gurunath
said,
"P
Vasu,
the
director
of
Kuselan
confirmed
that
she
had
discharged
from
the
hospital
within
just
3
hours
and
return
her
home.
But
she
didn't
inform
anything
well
in
advance
to
us.
Now,
Vijay
is
the
solo
ambassador
to
us
and
there
is
no
idea
of
including
any
other
actor
or
actress
as
ambassadors
of
CSK.
We
are
very
happy
with
him
and
he
is
the
perfect
person
for
our
team
and
moves
around
the
teammates
like
a
pucca
professional."
