Kuselan wins the overseas Box Office!

Here is the exact box office report of Rajinikanth's Kuselan in the UK.

Kuselan has collected 1, 06,394 Pounds (Rs.88.14 lakhs) from over 17 screens in the UK box office alone. Remember, the film had opened in the UK BO in the13th position. Kuselan is the second biggest film that has collected nearly a crore in the UK box office. Kamal's Dasavatharam had collected Rs.1.07 crore from 19 theaters and is at the top.

Though Kuselan was declared a flop by the trade pundits here, the overseas collection of the film is smart and the film's owner Saimira is very happy about the performance. In US and South East Asian countries like Malaysia and Singapore the film has collected in crores and the producers are prepared to release the data soon.

In Kuselan Rajinikanth appears for just around 30 minutes and so some of his ardent fans got disappointed due to his short role. At the time of the film's release, some unwanted political situations had forced the removal of the film from the halls at the earliest. Some exhibitors claimed heavy loss and demanded compensation, even when the film was running in most of the theaters.

It may be recalled that the compensation drama had ended only last week and Pyramid Saimira had declared that everything was settled smoothly.
