Big Music gets Kuselan audio for record price

Rajinikanth, the one and only superstar of India, always proves that his name is enough to make huge money. His forthcoming quickie Kuselan's audio rights price touches a new height in the Industry now. Just his special appearance in Kuselan helps the producers to sell the audio rights for the record price Rs.2.25 crores. Anil Ambani's Big Music got the rights and a pact also inked a couple of days before between the producers and Big Music.

The film has music by the comparatively new music director GV Prakash. As the audio market suffering a lot with the inflow of FM Radios and piracy, the sales of audio CDs and cassettes are very meager in stalls. Earlier, this trend was broken by Rajini's Shivaji and the audio sales of the same created a new history in the Industry. Now once again Rajini breaks his own record through Kuselan.

As we already reported in Oneindia.in, Kuselan has five songs, with a Daler Mehndi number being the highlight. The audio will be launched on June 30 Friday in Chennai by Big Music.
