Prabhu re-shoots A.R.Rahman's "Taxi..."

The peppy number of A.R.Rahman "Taxi... taxi..." in his recently released super hit album Sakkarakati has been re-shot by director Kala Prabhu.

Sung by Benny, Blaze and Vion, the song has become a sensation among the youth. Originally Kala Prabhu, a die-hard fan of Rahman, used this song as a back ground track in the film. But after seeing the positive response of the audience Prabhu decided to reshoot the song with the approval of Rahman.

His father and producer of the film Kalaipuli S.Thanu also happily accepted this and advised his son to shoot the song in a magnificent way !

Kalaprabhu says, 'The song has been shot in a different location near Chennai. In fact many have seen that in Tamil film earlier. We flew in models from Russia, created a concept around the song and shot it like a top class music video, and roped in Blaaze who sang the song and hero Santhanu to feature in it...'

Prabhu has also decided to give the song to a music channel to use it as the promo for the film.
