SJ Suryah's forthcoming film Vil has been shelved by its producer silently after Vijay launching his movie Villu with Prabhu Deva. According to our sources, the producer shelved the movie as there were no distributors willing to advance money for the project.
It is remembered that a week long shooting was held earlier for the film in which Suryah was playing a handicapped person. Actress Sherin was signed as his heroine for this project. But Suryah has not reacted to this news and he is concentrating on his ongoing project Newtanin Moonram Vidhi. Unexpectedly, he met with an accident in the shooting and now he is taking rest at his home.
When our correspondent contacted Suryah to comment on Vil, he says, "I don't know anything on this. My producer also keeps silence on this issue. But I never bother about these unwanted developments. Very soon, I will launch my mega venture Puli with Pawan Kalyan in Telugu. I considered this break as a good chance for taking rest before starting a mega project."
