Yesterday a 55-year-old woman Sudalaivadivu approached the Chennai city police commissioner alleging that her son Nallamuthu Kumaraswamy (23), who worked as the touch-up boy of Asin has gone missing.
She requested the police to interrogate Asin and her father to get to know the whereabouts of Nallamuthukumar.
Upon her complaint, the Chennai Police rushed to Mumbai for further investigation.
But Asin refused all the allegations and replied, "Nalla Muthukumar was working as my touch-up boy some time ago. When he met with an accident, all his treatment expenses, which amounted to a few lakhs were taken care of by us.
Later he wanted to join as my assistant again and requested me to admit him in my house. On humanitarian grounds I gave admission to that guy. Few months before, he said that he wanted to go back to Chennai and start some business. “
"On January 21st, he voluntarily resigned. All his dues were settled and he left for Chennai. As a practice in Mumbai, we registered this information of his resignation with the Oshiwara police station and produced the vouchers that all his payments were settled... But now they tell that that guy is missing. We don't know anything further in his case..."
It can be recalled that earlier, a woman from Chennai had criticised Asin that the actress was forcefully keeping her daughter as domestic help against her will, which was sorted out by the police amicably.
