Shaam bids adieu to chocolate hero roles

Shaam is all set to change his romantic hero image that he has had so far in Tamil films by doing a negative role in a Telugu film titled Kick.

Introduce by the late Jeeva in 12B, Shaam has shown his talents in many films like Iyarkai, Aei Nee Romba Azhaga Irukke and many others, but has failed to attain a standard place in the top star list.

Now the actor has opted to re-invent himself rather than doing repeated roles.

In this film, he is making his entry as the antagonist opposite Ravi Teja and Ileana.

Directed by Surendar Reddy, Kick is a nail biting thriller with all needy ingredients. Surendar had earlier made the super hit film Anthanokkade.

Shaam plays a cop and most of the film has been shot in Hyderabad Urdu College, Switzerland, Malaysia and Kochi.
