Will Malai Malai save Arun Vijay?

Arun Vijay hopes a lot from his forthcoming movie Malai Malai, produced by his father in law Dr Mohan.

Directed by A Venkatesh, the shooting is almost nearing its end.

Recently the calender launch was held at Hotel Accord Chennai. Vaali, the veteran poet released the first sheet of the calender and wished that the actor may achieve several feats in his profession with the grand success of Malai Malai.

Vaali said, "On many occasions, I have wondered why Arun Vijay's is struggling for a place in the industry. He has the looks and the skills. I hope that he would make it soon."

The film features Vedika opposite Arun Vijay and Prakashraj would also be seen in a prominent role.

On his part, producer Mohan said, “When I approached many heroines to act in the film, a majority of them were against the offer as they felt acting with Arun Vijay will do them no good. I vouch that they would change their opinion after Malai Malai's release.

Mani Sharma has composed music for Malai Malai. The film will hit the screen during summer.
