Shreya Saran's last ray of hope

Once actress Shreya Saran seemed a dangerous competitor to most of the Hindi heroines. But consecutive flops drove her far away from Bollywood.

Now she has only one film in hand, that too a doubtful one, Ek - The Power of One.

So far, Shreya has done 35 odd films in Telugu and Tamil and only four films in Hindi. But all her Hindi releases including the last release Mission Istanbul were colossal flops.

Now everything is pitched on Ek- The Power of One, the remake of Mahesh Babu"s Telugu film Athadu. The film has Nana Patekar, Bobby Deol and Shreya Saran in the lead and is directed by Sangeeth Sivan, the younger brother of Santosh Sivan.

This is the actress's last and final chance in Bollywood. So let us hope that the film clicks and she makes it big.

But in Kollywood Shreya has a handful films Kandhasamy, Jaggubhai, Kutty, Thoranai and Chikku Bukku, all set to be number one in 2009!
