Ajith Kumar becomes the ultimate superstar in real life with superstar Rajinikanth himself acclaiming him with a standing ovation during the felicitation ceremony for Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi. As a matter of fact, almost all the celebrities of Tamil film industry have praised Ajith Kumar for his stunning speech that slammed down those executive members of particular unions and associations forcing actors to take part in social and political issues or face trouble.

Addressing his plea to Chief Minister, he said, “Kindly don"t involve us in almost every social and political event. We the actors are persistently threatened to attend every occasion or else face serious results. We are just actors and please save us from this speculative situation."
