It
is
said
that
the
South
Indian
film
industry
has
seen
a
decline
over
the
last
couple
of
years,
owing
to
the
dominance
of
North
Indian
and
Marathi
girls,
when
compared
to
the
Tamil
and
Telugu
girls.
However,
actress
Bindu
Madhavi
is
all
set
to
change
the
trend
with
her
debut
in
the
Tamil
film
industry
with
the
Gautham
Menon's
production
Veppam.
This,
however,
is
not
Bindu"s
first
brush
with
South
Indian
cinema.
The
actress
had
earlier
been
noticed
in
Tollywood,
albeit,
in
a
very
short
role
which
had
her
playing
the
character
of
a
demure
pickle
seller.
Bindu
Madhavi
has
been
a
successful
model
prior
to
her
entry
into
the
South
Indian
film
industry.
In
fact
it
was
through
one
of
her
modeling
assignments
that
Gautham
first
came
across
Bindu
and
decided
to
cast
her
in
his
upcoming
project.
Bindu
Madhavi
is
keeping
her
fingers
crossed
and
is
pinning
her
hopes
on
Veppam.
Her
role
of
a
call
girl
in
the
upcoming
project
will
not
only
give
her
a
good
launch
in
the
industry
but
will
also
bring
out
the
acting
skills
hidden
within
her,
feels
the
one-time
model.
When
asked
about
her
non-conventional
dusky
looks,
Bindu
Madhavi
says
that
it
is
in
her
looks
that
her
sex
appeal
lies
and
she
is
confident
that
audiences
will
love
her
the
way
she
is.
