According to latest reports, the tickets for this weekend have been sold out. Sources have also claimed that there is a huge demand for tickets till January first week due to Christmas and New Year holidays. Producers may increase the number of prints depending upon audience's response, say sources.
Trader analysts reckon that the movie will recover its production cost within 10 days if it gets good reviews. They also say that Manmadhan Ambu has the potential to break superstar Rajinikanth's blockbuster Endhiran records.
The movie also features Trisha Krishnan, Madhavan, Sangeetha, Ramesh Aravind in the key roles. It is directed by KS Ravikumar and produced by Udhayanidhi Stalin.
Kamal Hassan's much-awaited movie Manmadhan Ambu is hitting the screens with 700 prints across the globe on Thursday. In Chennai alone, it is reportedly being released in 24 screens.
