Moscowin Kaveri is ready for release

Despite carrying favorable conditions to strike gold at box office, few films remain unreleased due to some constraints. Indeed, cinematographer Ravi Varman"s debut directorial Moscowin Kaveri can be regarded as the best illustration. The film"s shooting was completed nearly a year ago and yet it is sealed inside the cans due to the financial reasons.

Touted to be a breezy romantic comedy, the film is reported to be centering on a couple with more egoistic traits falling in love. The film has newcomer Rahul and Samantha (Ye Maaya Chesave and Baana Kaathadi fame) are playing the lead role. In fact, this film happens to be Samantha"s debut movie as she completed shooting for this project much before Gautham Menon"s Ye Maaya Chesave and Baana Kaathadi.

The film"s musical score by Thaman are Chartbuster with most of the tunes have been regenerated from his Telugu album Kick. Vairamuthu has penned lyrics, while national award winner Thota Tharani has handled art direction.

The film is produced by D. Ramesh Babu under the banner of R Films and it is scheduled to hit screens this Friday (August 13).
