Pasanga wins three honours at National Film Awards

Debutant director Pandiraj's Tamil movie Pasanga has won three awards at 57th National Film Awards for the year 2009-2010. It has bagged Best Child Artist, Best Dialogue, Best Feature Film awards for Tamil category.

Child artistes Kishore & Sri Ram, who gave a remarkable performance in the roles of Anbukkarasu Vellaichamy and Jeeva Nithyanandham Chokkalingam are honoured with prestigious the Best Child Artist awards.

Director Pandiraj, who has penned dialogues for this critically acclaimed film, has bagged the award for Best Dialogue section. In 2009, he won Golden Elephant Award for Best Director in International Children's Film Festival for the same film.

Pasanga have been screened in many film festivals and it has also bagged many awards like Tamil Nadu and Puducherry State awards.

All the winners will receive Rajat Kamal and a cash prize of 50,000 each.
