Prabhu Deva, Nayantara turn Close Up Super Jodi

Multifaceted Prabhu Deva and popular actress Nayantara have won the Close Up Super Jodi (couple) award at Lux Sandal South Scope Cine Awards 2010 held at Hitech International Conventional Centre, Novotel in Hyderabad on this Sunday evening. They have been dating each other for past two years and are now gearing up to get married very soon.

The yet-to-be-married couple stunned the people as they got down from the car and entered the function hall together. Prabhu was clad in black shirt and blue jeans pants and was all smiling while Nayan appeared like an ideal Indian housewife in dark blue saree.

Prabhu Deva looked like the happiest man in the world. Although he has already been honoured with several awards, he claimed that this award was very special for him. After receiving the awad, he said, "I thank South Scope for giving me this award. I don't know what she (Nayan) feels, but I feel I'm the luckiest person."

Nayan was sitting beside Prabhu and was all blushing as the hundreds of photographers focusing their camera on them. She seemed to be quite nervous while receiving the award with soon-to-be husband. She said, "This is really unexpected. I'm very happy to receive this award."

However, the presence of Prabhu Deva and Nayantara was the highlight of the at Lux Sandal South Scope Cine Awards 2010. The couple also gave away a few awards to winners on the occasion. They left the function hall even before the it ended.
