Rajinikanth's Endhiran to be made into 3D?

Rajnikanth and Aishwarya Bachchan starring Endhiran is under production. Director Shankar plans to make the film into 3D because he fears piracy and so he wants to curb the unauthorized release of his movie. Tamil industry is facing serious piracy problems and they have Jaggubhai as an example before them. Moreover it is said that Shankar has plans to invest 125 cr. for the 3D version.

It is well aware that Rajinikanth is also acting in a 3D film directed by his daughter Soundarya Rajinikanth and the movie is tilted Sultan, The Warrior. Sultan is basically an animated film which would be converted into 3D. It is an Ocher Studios-Adlabs-Warner Bros venture. The latest buzz about the movie is that it has crossed Rs 600 million in it making.
