Vijay's Bodyguard remake to clash with Endhiran

When most of the actors keep a low-profile when the films of superstars are hitting screens, actor Vijay always seems to be an exception. He does always assure that good films are well received by audiences.

Now, he has decided to release his 51st film – a remake of Malayalam blockbuster Bodyguard on the same day when Rajinikanth"s magnum opus Endhiran hits the screens. Earlier, Vijay had released his Sachin along with Rajinikanth"s Chandramukhi and Kamal Hassan"s Mumbai Express.

Of course, 'Sachin" turned to be a box office disaster as it couldn"t withstand the realms of Chandramukhi. But nothing seems to have affected the Illayathalapathy and he"ll release his 51st film on the same occasion as decided now. Meanwhile, Sun Pictures is planning to release its 50th film Sura on April 14 so as to draw more audiences during summer vacations.
