Akshay Kumar likes KV Anand's Ko

Bollywood actors and filmmakers are closely watching South Indian film industries. The reason behind this development is that Tamil,Telugu and Malayalam film industries are producing some good quality movies. It is worth mentioning here that several South Indian movies have been remade in Hindi. Now, KV Anand's Ko has impressed Akshay Kumar and he is reportedly interested to remake the film in Bollywood.

Reports claim that Akshay Kumar has recently seen Tamil movie Ko in Mumbai. The actor, who was completely impressed by the storyline and narration, called KV Anand and congratulated him for making such a commercial entertainer on the realistic lines. Sources add that he wants to remake the film in Hindi and he is already in talks with a big production to get the remake rights of the film.

Akshay Kumar's close friend Anthony D"Souza is reportedly being considered to direct the Hindi version of the film. Other details about the film are yet to be revealed.

Ko is a politicial thriller which stars Jeeva, Karthika Nair and Piaa Bajpai in the leads. It is about three journalists, who bring the corrupt politicians to book.
