Bollywood actress to star in Rajinikanth's Kochadaiyaan

Soon after Anushka Shetty's name started doing rounds that she was being considered for one of the female leads in Kochadaiyaan, there comes a new rumour about the leading lady of the movie. If reports are to be believed, the makers of the film are looking out for a Bollywood face to cast opposite Rajinikanth.

It seems the makers of the movie are planning to cast a Bollywood face to have larger appeal. Though, the names of the contenders have not been revealed, the movie bosses have reportedly approached a few top Bollywood actresses. They are expected to finalise the cast by this weekend and the announcement on the female leads will be made immediately.

Kochadaiyaan is loosely inspired by Pandya king, Kochadaiyan Rana Dheeran. The movie directed by Soundarya Rajinikanth is being made by the 'motion capturing' technique. It is produced by Eros International & Media One and expected to hit the screens in August 2012.
