Deepika doesn't want Rajinikanth to wait

Bollywood diva Deepika Padukone, who is entering Tamil films with Rajinikanth's Rana, does not want the superstar to wait for her dates. Indeed, the actress is ready to readjust her call sheet to fit the actor's dates.

A leading daily reports that Deepika Padukone's allocated dates were clashed after Rajinikanth fell ill. The actress, who had dropped Housefull 2 to Rana, was told by the makers of the Tamil film that they were ready to wait for her dates, as KV Ravikumar and Rajinikanth did not had any other actress in mind.

However, Deepika Padukone told the movie bosses that she wants to act with Rajinikanth and there was no need for Rajinikanth to wait for her call sheet rather she would reschedule the shooting of her Bollywood films. Even though, the actress finds it difficult to manage it, she promised them that she would be available, whenever they want her to be on sets.

Recently, it was reported that Deepika Padukone was forced to reconsider Rana to avoid date clashes with her Bollywood projects. But the makers of the film assured that they would reschedule the shooting to fit her dates.

However, KS Ravikumar has already filmed a song in Chennai on Deepika Padukone. The regular shooting is expected to start in September 2011.
