Ileana injures her ankle

Shankar, who happily announced recently that his Nanban has completed 98.8888% shoot, might have not thought that the remaining 1.1112% would become a nightmare for the film unit. The filmmaker, who decided to have an item song for the forthcoming Tamil movie, is going through a tough time, as Ileana D'Cruz has injured her leg during the song rehearsal.

Sources say that Ileana D'Cruz injured her ankle while practising some intricate steps for the item number. The actress, who had some issues on the same ankle, slipped and hurt her leg. It was choreographed by Farah Khan. The actress is still recovering from the blow, confirms a source.

Shankar's woes does not end here because Farah Khan has lost her voice after shouting out instructions at the troupe. The filming of the song has been postponed and it requires six days to finish the number.

The music album of Vijay, Ileana D'Cruz, Jeeva and Srikanth starrer Nanban is expected to launch in September last week.
