KV Anand shifts his focus on Maatraan

KV Anand is overwhelmed after getting a big round of applause for his political-thriller film Ko. The director is now shifting his focus towards his proposed project Maatraan with Surya in the lead role.

KV Anand is relaxed after his Ko got appreciation from the critics and the audience. Without wasting time, the director has decided to complete the scripting work of Maatraan soon. Reports claim that he is giving final touches to the script with his favourite writer Shubha.

Meanwhile, Surya is busy with AR Murugadoss' 7 Aum Arivu, which is expected to hit the screens in June. It is only after that the shooting of Maatraan will commence. The hunt for the female lead is on and actresses Kajal Aggarwal and Samantha are in the race.
