By Ramchander

Prakash Raj has opened up on why he walked out of forthcoming Tamil movie Maatraan. The versatile actor has opened up after a section of media reported that he was thrown out of the movie for showing starry airs on the sets.

The actor says that KV Anand is a good friend of him and he opted out due to date issues. In fact, Prakash Raj's busy schedule with his directorial film Dhoni made him to drop Maatraan. Adding to that the actor-filmmaker has plenty of films to finish simultaneously, says a source.

Meanwhile, Prakash Raj denies the rumour that he is the highest paid negative role actor. He says that the actor is getting what he deserves and if he is not the worth of money, filmmakers would not pay the amount. The actor ends on the note that he has done some films for free.

Meanwhile, KV Anand has roped in Bollywood actor Sachin Khedekar as Prakash Raj's replacement in Maatraan. The movie also features Surya and Kajal Aggarwal in the lead roles.
