Simbu to star in Aamir Khan's Delhi Belly remake

Silambarasan seems to have bitten by a remake bug, as the actor is giving nods to star in remakes one after the other. After Vaanam and Osthi, the actor is keen to act in the Tamil version of Aamir Khan's Bollywood blockbuster Delhi Belly.

As we reported earlier, the filmmakers from the Tamil film industry were trying hard to acquire the remake rights of Delhi Belly. Now it looks like UTV Motion Pictures, which distributed the Aamir Khan Productions movie, has decided to remake it in Tamil. Indeed, it had initial talks with Silambarasan to act in the multi-starrer film.

However, the production house has not clarified on the remake plans but Aamir Khan has told that UTV is planning to remake Delhi Belly in Tamil. Sources say that the Tamil version will be made keeping the taste of the native audience in mind and the film will not have much swear words.
