Bollywood
actresses
are
soon
going
to
dominate
the
Tamil
film
industry.
It
looks
like
they
would
rule
the
Kollywood
this
season,
as
they
have
become
first
choice
for
Tamil
filmmakers
and
actors.
After
Deepika
Padukone
and
Sonakshi
Sinha,
now
Silambarasan
is
in
search
of
B-town
girl
for
his
Dabangg
remake.
Silambarasan
has
rejected
many
regional
actresses,
including
Kajal
Aggarwal
for
Dabangg
Tamil
version.
The
actor
wants
to
cast
a
big
name
of
Bollywood
and
is
keen
to
rope
in
Sonam
Kapoor.
Reports
say
that
the
makers
of
the
film
have
already
approached
Sonam
to
play
the
leading
lady
in
the
film,
which
was
played
by
Sonakshi
Sinha
in
the
original.
In
the
recent
past,
Tamil
filmmakers
are
opting
Bollywood
actresses
for
their
films.
It
may
be
recalled
that
Deepika
Padukone
and
Vidya
Balan
have
been
roped
in
for
Rajinikanth's
Rana.
Sonakshi
Sinha
has
signed
on
the
dotted
line
for
Kamal
Hassan's
yet
to
be
titled
film
and
Prachi
Desai
for
Arun
Vijay's
next
film.
Now,
Sonam
Kapoor
will
be
the
new
entry
to
the
Tamil
film
industry,
if
she
pulls
off
Dabangg
remake.
Meanwhile,
sources
say
that
Dharani
of
Vijay's
Ghilli
fame
has
been
signed
to
direct
the
film.
Mohan
Apparao
and
T
Ramesh
are
producing
the
film.
The
movie
is
expected
to
take
off
in
May
2011.However,
Dabangg
is
also
being
remade
in
Telugu
with
Pawan
Kalyan
in
the
lead
role.
The
movie
is
titled
Gabbar
Singh.
