Soundarya Rajinikanth settles the case out of court

Soundarya Rajinikanth and Latha Rajinikanth have settled the cheque bounce case out of court yesterday. After Saidapet Magistrate Court issued a bailable warrant against them, they settled the dispute with businessman Sumerchand Bafna.

According to reports, Soundarya-Latha had taken a loan of Rs. 20 lakh in last August. They had given two cheques to Sumerchand for the clearance of the borrowed money, which bounced due to insufficient balance in the account. Later, he filed a complaint against them.

However, the court summoned Soundarya-Latha and asked to appear before the court on January 19. As they failed to attend the hearing, it issued a bailable warrant against them, says report. Finally, they came forward to settle the dispute and resolved the issue with Sumerchand.
