Vijay's Velayudham release date confirmed

Vijay"s much-hyped Velayudham is finally ready to see the light of day. The Tamil action movie is all set to hit the screens on October 25, which means a Diwali treat from the Kaavalan star for his fans.

A source from the production has confirmed the news that the makers of the film are gearing up to release Velayudham for Diwali. They have also finalised the theatres and soon they will officially announce in newspapers and television channels. It is rumoured that the movie might release in 400 screens.

Vijay, Genelia D"Souza and Hansika Motwani starrer Velayudham is an out and out action film, which is made with the budget of Rs 45 crore. It is directed by Jayam Raja and produced by Aascar Ravichandran.
