Kamal Hassan to set up a film school

Kamal Hassan, who breathes cinema all the time, wants to help the aspiring technical talents by setting up a film school. The actor has said that he has plans to open a film school to give required knowledge to the young talents.

Speaking at a recent FICCI conference recently, Kamal Hassan said that as a young actor, he did not have the opportunity of learning acting from institutes. But now the scenario has changed, as we can see many film institutes in different parts of India. However, the industry lacks proper technical schools for budding technicians, stunt artists, etc.

So, Kamal Hassan has decided to set up a technical institute and he is still working on the plan. Meanwhile, the actor is busy with his forthcoming mega-project Vishwaroopam. The movie, which was supposed to release in November, will hit the screens in January 2013. The movie is a spy-thriller starring Kamal, Pooja Kumar, Andrea Jeremiah, Rahul Bose and others in the cast.
